Syndic

We offer specific management services for apartment blocks in co-ownership. Managing this type of property requires a highly specific set of knowledge and skills. Lamalou Immobilier has a dedicated "Syndic" team that is able to provide a complete service:

A dedicated member of our staff is responsible for managing each block. He oversees the different aspects of the life in an apartment block in co-ownership (technical, administrative, legal, accounting, insurance, etc.).

A block manager (gestionnaire de co-propriété) must be versatile, with excellent interpersonal and diplomatic skills and the ability to resolve the often sensitive disputes that may arise between co-owners. They must also be able to work with the executive committee (conseil syndical), particularly with regard to submitting and auditing accounts, drawing up budgets and splitting service charges. We see our business as a trustee of a local service where the co-owners will be dealing with just one dedicated contact.
